Compatible with KUKA, FANUC, ABB and YASKAWA industrial robots. Customised 6/8-axis positioner workstations can be configured with EX-TRABEAM BASIC or IO cutting heads, covering laser power from 3–30 kW for thin and thick aluminium, carbon steel and stainless steel

Dedicated Processes for Energy Components

Dedicated 3D cutting and low-spatter welding processes are developed for battery trays, vehicle frames and energy-storage enclosures. A heat-affected zone of <0.3 mm produces smooth cut edges and welds, reducing subsequent grinding, while offline simulation shortens production-line commissioning time
